This allows quicker access to the dash cam’s user manual, Thinkware’s collective troubleshooting articles and guide, and an option to send out an assistance request.

How to Access the Help Center Page
1. Ensure that the smartphone has internet access - connected to a Wi-Fi network or on Mobile Data.
2. Open the Thinkware Dashcam Link app and click on the 4-dot icon ()
3. Go to ‘Support’
4. Click on ‘Help Center’
The Help Center page will show you how to access the following:
- User Guide - quick access to the different dash cam model’s User Manual
- Visit our Help Center - you’ll be directed to the main page of Thinkware’s Help Center which contains different articles regarding the dash cam’s features, troubleshooting guides, and ‘How to’ guides.
- Top Questions - a quick access link to the common issues/questions you might encounter with your dash cam
- Submit a Request - a faster/more convenient way to reach out to our support group. This allows you to elaborate on your concern and create an email for faster support.
How to Submit a Request via the Thinkware Dashcam Link app
1. Ensure that the smartphone has internet access - connected to a Wi-Fi network or on Mobile Data.
2. Open the Thinkware Dashcam Link app and click on the 4-dot icon ()
3. Go to ‘Support’
4. Click on ‘Submit a Request’
5. Fill out all the information needed - Issue type, Email, Subject, Description, Dash cam (Select a dash cam), Firmware, Country, Insert link (dash cam footage or screen recording file, etc.)
6. Review the details on the next page and tick the ‘I Agree’ box. Click on ‘Submit’ to generate the request.
7. You will see a notification page once the request is successfully sent.
