After creating your account on the Thinkware Cloud App, you will receive an email to confirm the account.

It is required to click the link and log in with your credentials to confirm your account and successfully register your Thinkware Dash Cam.

If you are not receiving the Confirmation Email please follow the steps outlined below to correct the issue. If the problem does persist, please reach out to our team at support@thinkware.com or 1-844-865-9273.

Email Confirmation Expired

The confirmation link expires after 24 hours.

If your confirmation link has expired or you haven't received the email, please follow the steps below to resend the confirmation email.

Resend Confirmation - Thinkware Mobile App

Open the Thinkware Cloud App and log in to your account.

If your account has not been confirmed, you will be taken to the following page.

Input your email address for the Thinkware Cloud Account and select the blue arrow. The confirmation email will be resent to the email address inputted.

Resend Confirmation - PC / Mac Computer

1. Click here.

2. Select "Forgot Password" 

3. Input the email address used to create the Thinkware Cloud App account.

4. Select Next.

4. You will receive an email to update your password and confirm the account. Ensure to log in to your account after updating the password.

Disclaimer 

Certain domains may not receive the confirmation email due to their spam filter settings.

Below are domains that are currently known to not receive our emails:

  • Telus.net
  • Sympatico
  • Protonmail

Please be aware if you are not receiving the Confirmation email and using one of the above domains, you will be unable to register the dash cam or alter the account credentials.

We recommend signing up using a common email domain such as Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.

    I have been trying to get this to work I bought at Best Buy there tecnition installed it works great but can’t connect to my phone so I got new app and password and you all won’t verify the number I got on box and cam ull are making a mistake and not helping me I would very much to speak to you you keep saying it’s wrong number but it’s pieas help thanks
