Hello There,
When connected to an external Hotspot device, you will only have access to the Cloud Features, which allows you to use the Remote Live View and receive notifications in case there's an impact on your vehicle. To view the videos, you can connect to the Dash Cam with your smartphone via Wi-Fi or Hotspot, and this will give you access to all features in the app. To view the videos, just go to the File List and you will have all your folders with the videos saved. You can also remove the memory card from the Dash Cam and insert it into a computer.
