Can't connect new Q800 Pro to network with iPhone app
My new camera says it's connected to wifi (I tried with my iPhone hotspot and RV hotspot). But when I go through the steps, it stops at the connect to network. notice: failed to connect to the network...but I can see everything is connected. It talks to me, it says, 'connected to wifi' but I don't know how. I have my iPhone hotspot off, but the RV hotspot is always on, so maybe that's it.
Lastly, I need to have it connect to network for Cloud view. Is this a problem with the camera? I'm ready to return it and order a new one. Is there another way to connect to network not using iPhone? Thank you.

Hello There, to register the Dash Cam and enable all Cloud Features, you must first connect via Hotspot using your smartphone:
