Videos not playing
I tried downloading saved videos from the dashcam, however, only some videos can be played. When I try to play other videos, a message will show “Cannot Open” and some chinese characters that I don’t understand. Please help me with this issue. Thanks.

What type of SD Card are you using in the Dash Cam? As well what type of Smartphone do you have?
