Rear dash cam does not record

The rear dash cam is connected, and I used to be able to play videos of the rear camera. But now I no longer see videos of the rear camera because there aren't any recorded. All of the videos recorded have a file name ending in "_F" which I'm guessing represents 'front' camera?

    Hi, please tell me what I can do to fix the issue? We checked the wire connection from the front camera to the rear and there doesn’t seem to be any problems. Thanks.
