Unable to setup the Wi-FI

I got a Q800Pro and trying to set it up. When I go into the Android or IPad Wi-FI I do no see any devices starting with Thinkware.. I tried resetting the device and no luck.

I also did a firmware update and the update was successfully but still unable to see the Wi-Fi. Any info would be appreciate.. Thanks
