out of space on u1000

Bierre1973

Hello; I have encountered a problem with the u1000 that I have never had with the 800pro. After a few days I am told that there is no more space!
How is this possible if the "continuous recording" option is greyed out overwriting?

the hidden folder 'twistys' occupied half the space of the microsd
(128 gb of your brand). Curiously, in the folder folders 'evt_rec' and 'manual_rec'
there are several GB of temp files created at the same time ...
I set the parking partition as a priority. What do I have to do? format
the microsd differently? it is absurd that I find myself with 0.6 gb free
and that he always gives me that message (<< insufficient memory >>).
With the 800pro never had such messages.

Hello There, Please goto the Memory Card Settings for the Dash Cam and ensure all folders are "checked" to overwrite. With all of our Dash Cams as soon as the SD is inserted, the Dash Cam loads .TWSYS  (Temporary System Files) almost filling the Sd Card to capacity. No need to worry, as the Dash Cam overwrites these .TWSYS Files as it records ensuring you have the full 128GBS.

If you are hearing the message "Insufficient Storage" you have disabled overwriting for 1 or more folders. When you disable overwriting, the folder will fill to its allocated space perecentage  and will stop recording. Since it cannot overwrite, you cannot record any more files to this folder you have selected . The Dash Cam will announce this storage message until you manually delete the files in the full folder, or Format the SD Card.

We always recommend leaving the Overwrite Setting enabled for all folders, as the SD will never have to be manually erased,
