Can’t connect rear camera
I have a Q800 pro, which was professionally installed. Installer couldn’t get the rear camera to work; verified the installation with his own rear camera. Thinkware replaced the rear camera, still no joy. Thinking it might be a problem with the front camera, I tried a second one, still no luck. Thinkware sent a third rear, no joy. I’ve tried 2 fronts, 3 rears, and 5 different cables, so either I have the wrong camera or I’m doing something wrong. The rear doesn’t show up in the app, the LED doesn’t come on, and there are no rear recordings on the card. The latest rear Thinkware sent me is model BCQH-200. Very frustrated!
