Won't power on
I have a X500 and it comes on for 2 secs and then shuts off. I've tired all the steps and still won't work. Any suggests? Thank you.

Hello Gerrod,
We are sorry to hear that your Thinkware X500 Dash Cam is no longer powering on. Please ensure the fuse inside of your power source is not blown. You can also try plugging the dashcam into power when the SD Card is not inserted to test if there is any change in the behaviour of the Dash Cam.
