U1000 problem
I recently purchased a U1000. I need help installing it. I did that and perhaps because I am old, I did it wrong. I could access everything on the dashboard except "live view". I could put the sd card in my pc and watch the video files. However, I could never access "live view". This morning I tried "resetting the dash cam" - As just prior to this, I still can't access the dash cam from my android cell phone because I am asked for a password which at this point I have no idea what that might be.
After numerous phone calls to Thinkware for help since last Friday or Saturday, I really need someone to stay on the phone with me from start to finish. Thank you so much...
