Remote Live Views connection is always broken after engine starts/stops

Spent hours to find out the error patterns. I managed to set up the cloud features with my Android phone and the Android Thinkware Cloud apps. Also successful add a wifi egg Hotspot to the connection setting. Remote Cloud view usually works at the first time after the initial setup. I've installed power pack so that the dashcam runs 24 x 7. However, it's found that when the engine stops/stars, the recording mode is changed to parking or running mode. In this case, the Cloud live view usually no longer works though the cam claims it is successfully connected to the internet. The Thinkware Cloud apps would complain that there is no connection found with the cam. The Cloud feature isn't practically usable at all.
