U1000 camera

Hello.

After good reviews I decided to buy U1000 cam.

1. It says in the manual that all records are 1 minutes long only. Is it possible to make it longer?

2. Even though it says recordings are 1 minute long I noticed that most of my recordings are 15-30 seconds only. I wonder why.

3. Is it possible to improve a video quality? For advertised 4K recording what I see now is unacceptable. Video quality is really poor, I do not see car plates even in a close distance.

If this is the best quality what U1000 offers I will return this camera.

Here are the answers to your questions:

1 - Unfortunately, no, you cannot make this recording time longer.

2 - This means that the camera is detecting an impact and cutting off the video and saving it to the impact folder. Please check the sensitivity folder for impacts.

3 - Unfortunately, you cannot improve as the camera is 4k. Please feel free to send us some videos so that we can check if something is wrong with the image quality.
