Unable to connect after successfully connecting for over a year. What happened?
My owner's manual calls my dash cam the DC-U1-FG, but that name doesn't appear among the items listed when requesting support. Should I just reset the device using the voice recording and manual recording buttons, then try again?

I have the same issue, they are running away from my problem and leaving me with an option to buy a new U3000 Pro, and by that i'm losing all what i paid for the U1000 which had decided to STOP Working
Also I'm losing the U1000 Radar & The Rear view camera can't be working with U3000 Pro
Also they don't have any U1000 anymore hahahahah
who regret to buy their system ?
I just applied the firmware to perform a reset. And I had to be very careful to apply one setting change at a time using the Wi-Fi interface with my iPhone 12 under iOS 18.
