Model 770 not powering
Dashcam 770 discontinued, repair or replacement not supported by manufacturer.
However I think I know the problem, was working perfectly but I changed the minimum power needed to boot setting in the windows program. I think this is what keeps device from powering on. I do not know how to change this setting and wipe firmware to fix. Please walk me through this, and insert this detail into the similar posts.

Hello There, I'm sorry to hear that! Please follow the instructions in the link below to Format the SD Card and re-download the latest firmware version:

Once that's done, please try resetting the Dash Cam by pressing and holding the Format + REC buttons together for a few seconds until the Dash Cam starts beeping.
Sorry, my problem is that the device is not turning on at all. I tried plugging it into 12v and also with the hardwire kit. I formatted the SD card, but cannot reset the device because it is not turning on.
