Before my upgrade, I could switch between front and rear cameras while viewing. Since this ‘upgrade’ I can no longer switch between front and rear….now I have click each recording separately. Does thinkware still offer the previous version of this pc viewer( I liked this version much better). thanks

Purchased another F750 recently. My first one had a manufacturing date of 2015 and lasted 6 years down here in this south Florida sun. Hence I bought another. Sealed and brand new, I assumed I would have basically a plug and play, since my iPhone 12 was already set up with Thinkware’s app, nothing new. But when I’m connected to Thinkware’s WiFi, my phone will say connected to a smart phone but immediately disconnects. I’ve downloaded all the other apps just to be sure but nothing. I’m currently in conversation with support but has anyone else had this problem? I’m a family of 4 and we all have Thinkware’s watching out for us. So I’m very knowledgeable of the products and apps. Please help. I’m feeling naked.

We’ll come to find out it’s the Thinkware app. I know this for a fact because I just tried my sons F750 and his is doing the very same thing. But yet my wife’s U1000 and my other son who has the F200 work just fine. Please help amd fix your app. I now know it’s not my camera.
