Wow, Thinkware has the very worst customer support. Nobody picks up the phone, no way I can find the online chat support. I’m having technical issues where I’m guessing the only way to resolve is to take it back to Best Buy and start over with a different brand altogether. Spent good money on the product, the on a pro install. Over $450 total, you’d think the TW organization would invest in some support resources. Screw you guys - I’m so done.
