Q800Pro "Memory Card error, System Will Now Restart " when unit is Cold

"Baby it's cold outside" should be a new voice message for my Q800Pro in winter.  Unit starts up when the weather is NOT cold, but when weather is cold i get the system restarting/mem card error message.  The message stops when the vehicle is sufficiently warm.  I reformatted the mem card - SanDisk Extreme PLUSS 128gb, but that didn't fix the issue.  I purchased a new SanDisk Extreme PLUSS 128gb and that didn't fix the issue either.

The issue goes away after the vehicle warms up.  Also goes away and i don't get the error if i disconnect the unit and take it inside and keep it warm.

    Hello There, we don't recommend using the SanDisk Extreme SD Card, as this type of card is known for not working with our Dash Cams and causing errors. Please check if the videos are being recorded properly, as this shouldn't be an issue related to the temperature. You can also try using the original Thinkware SD Card.
