    Maximum frustration! These u1000 models still being sold, and positively reviewed on YouTube.

    Thinkware could have teamed up with Blackboxmycar or made a Youtube video themselves to keep us updated on the progress. 

    Thinkware's U1000 is supposed to be the Latest and greatest of the dashcam industry, but I was unable to get ZERO human customer support. I can't imagine what is going on in the corporate board room, other than total panic, and chaos. Who dropped the ball in the tech team that should have seen this coming? 

    Rubber stamp reviews are not responding to my Emails. I hope they got paid well for their services
