i already done Download K-Lite Codec Pack and installed, same also no video on pc viewer only have sound, please guide me

    My account won't let me connect to wifi.

    I have formatted the camera, deleted the app on my iphone and reinstalled.

    I have tried to delete my account and start again and it will not let me.

    help please
