I can’t sign into my account to activate my camera

Dear sir

   I can’t sign into my account as the keyboard on your website won’t accept numbers! Why?

  I reset my password and it still is not recognised , I can see me being up the creek without a paddle at this rate , my camera is a F800 pro with rear camera , all I want to do is check all is working well , it could be called routine maintenance, a job that takes minutes but for some reason a couple of hours today, not impressed!

   Please help
