New to Dash Cam

Best Buy installed my device, but I assumed there would be a manual I could refer to in order to learn how to use it. I guess I'm looking for some sort of tutorial on how it works. What do I have to do to save the video. How can I download video to my phone? When it says there's been an "incident," how do I find out what that incident was - usually happens if I hit a bump or pot hole, and I think "it" thinks it may have been some sort of accident. I've had it in my car for a month now, and I would really like to learn how it works. Thanks

    • When the camera alerts you that an incident occurred you can check the event under File list, it will be listed under "Continous incident or Parking incident" 
    • The reason why the camera records an incident whem going over a bump is beacuse your incident senstivity recording is to high, you can change the senstivty in "Record settings"
