F200 Rear Camera Disconnected

I've been with Thinkware since 2018. I purchased my F200 since I was working with Best Buy and heard a lot of good reviews about the camera itself.

I know my camera was manufactured long enough but that doesn't mean Thinkware company won't support any upgrades for it's firmware or stuff like that. About year 2024 I raised a concern about my Rear Camera won't work. I tried everything even up to this point in time because I am frustrated keep hearing “Rear Camera Disconnected”. Again, I reached out around late last year (2025)… all they can offer me is a 40% discount coupon. The cache is I can't buy just the rear camera for F200 itself as they don't make them anymore. So, why would I buy a whole set again wherein my ONLY problem is just the rear camera. Yes, I've tried changing the cable itself but still it's not the cable. I'm just saying that the camera (rear) itself is the problem.

My only thought would be that buying a whole set could be a problem in the long run having the same problem and so I will just keep on buying their product over and over again ??? Or should I switch to a different manufacturer ??
