Missing Video
I randomly have missing video from various trips. It will randomly capture 20 seconds of turning the car on and 20 seconds when the car is parked but nothing in between. It is a U3000 Pro with rear camera.

No support from Thinkware in these forums? I'm sure you're not the only one with the issue. It might be more cost effective for the Thinkware team to post the answers or some possible things to try before wasting your time calling and and wasting someone elses time with a question they've probably answered 100 times in the past 2 weeks.
