U1000 wifi connection problem

Three years after purchasing the Thinkware U1000, the Wi-Fi connection failed and the company informed me that the product has been discontinued and repair parts are unavailable, making it impossible to fix. They suggested I buy a new unit at a discounted price instead. Customer reviews on the Thinkware website reveal numerous complaints regarding Wi-Fi connectivity issues with this product. They are an irresponsible company.
