Rear Camera Video Upside-Down

Is the footage for your Thinkware Rear Camera appearing upside-down?

If the footage for the Rear View Camera is shown upside-down, this is an indication that the Rear Camera was installed incorrectly.

The Dash Cam model you own will determine the method to fix the Rear Camera being upside down.

Dash Cam must be Re-Installed	Setting in Mobile App (Camera Settings)

1. Connect to the Dashcam via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth

2. Select Dash Cam Settings > Camera Settings

3. Under Rotate Rear Camera, select enabled or disabled to correct the rear camera view back to an upright position.

4. Once you are done, click on the back arrow in the top-right to finalize your settings.
