Strong Impact Sensitivity while Parked Setting

The Strong Impact Sensitivity while Parked Setting enables the U1000 Dash Cam to notify any phone logged into the Registered Thinkware Cloud Account if an impact occurs when the dashcam is in parking mode.

*The impact must be a force of 3 or 4G's for your smartphone to be notified.

Compatible Dash Cams

• U1000

Altering the Strong Impact Sensitivity while Parked 

1. Connect to the Dash Cam via WiFi or Hotspot

2. Select Dash Cam Settings > Network Function Settings

3. Select Impact 1 or 2.

Impact 1 = 3G
Impact 2 = 4G

4. Select the back arrow in the top-left to save your changes.

*The Incident will only be uploaded to the Cloud if the G-Force threshold has been surpassed.

*Cloud Features while parked are only available on the U1000 Dash Cam.
