Most Thinkware Dash Cams feature built-in Wi-Fi to playback videos and alter the dash cam settings.

Disclaimer
Please be aware that when connected via Wi-Fi the dash cam is not recording.
The Wi-Fi will time out and disconnect if inactive or the screen on your smartphone turns off.
Ensure to disconnect from the dash cam's Wi-Fi before beginning to drive.
How to Connect via Wi-Fi (First Time)
1. Turn on the vehicle's ignition to begin the dash cam in its Continuous Recording Mode.
*Must be within the vehicle with the ignition on, to connect via Wi-Fi.
2. Open the Thinkware Cloud App on your Android Smartphone.
Select ① Dashcam connection is required > ② Your Dash Cam Model
3. Press the ③ Connect then ④ Press the Wi-Fi Button on your dash cam.
4. Select ⑤ Next
*WiFi LED will blink green when searching for Wi-Fi.
5. Go to ⑥ Phone Settings > Wi-Fi
6. Select the Wi-Fi Network ⑦ 'Thinkware_xx' (e.g. Thinkware_68)
7. Enter the default password ⑧ '123456789' and select ⑨ Connect
8. Confirm ⑩ 'Thinkware_xx' is connected in the Phone Settings.
*If the Thinkware Wi-Fi disconnects or disappears immediately, please refer to Smart Network Switch.
* Internet may not be available is normal, please disregard.
9. Reopen the Thinkware Cloud App. You will hear "Connected to a Smartphone".
*WiFi LED will turn solid ⑫ green when connected to Wi-Fi.
You are now connected via Wi-Fi to your Thinkware Dash Cam!

How to Reconnect via Wi-Fi
1. Open the Thinkware Cloud App. Select ⑬ Not Connected > ⑭ Connect via Wi-Fi
2. Go to ⑥ iPhone Settings > Wi-Fi
3. Select the Wi-Fi Network ⑦ 'Thinkware_xx' (e.g. Thinkware_68)
8. Confirm 'Thinkware_xx' is connected in the Phone Settings.
9. Reopen the Thinkware Cloud App. You will hear"Connected to a Smartphone".
You are now connected via Wi-Fi to your Thinkware Dash Cam!

If the Thinkware Cloud App does not recognize you are connected.
If the Thinkware Cloud App shows "Not Connected" after completing the above process, please follow the steps below.
1. Close the Thinkware Cloud App from running in the background of the Phone.
2. Select "Not Connected > Connect via WiFi"
3. Press the "Next Button" until you hear"Connected to a Smartphone".
You are now connected via Wi-Fi to your Dash Cam!
