How to Reset your Dash Cam

A Factory Reset restores your dash cam settings to their defaults.

If earlier troubleshooting steps have not resolved power or restart problems, rear-camera issues, video or audio problems, or app pairing issues, a Factory Reset may be the next step. Find your model below; a reset pinhole uses a separate model-specific procedure.

Caution: A Factory Reset permanently deletes all recorded video footage on the microSD card. Back up all important video recordings to a PC, Mac, or mobile device before performing a Factory Reset.
