Partitioning the MicroSD Card
Partitioning the MicroSD Card reserves a percentage of space for each type of recording.
The Benefits of Partitioning
Partitioning the MicroSD card has several benefits:
1) Improved Organization: Partitioning a MicroSD card allows you to separate files and data into distinct sections, making it easier to manage and organize.
2) Increased Performance: Partitioning can help improve the performance of your MicroSD card by optimizing the allocation of space and reducing fragmentation.
3) Improved Security: Partitioning can help you secure your data by allowing you to store sensitive information in a separate partition.
4) Better backup and restore options: Having separate partitions for different types of data makes it easier to back up specific sections of your MicroSD card, or to restore just the data you need in case of a failure.
5) Compatibility with multiple devices: Partitioning the MicroSD card can also make it easier to use the card with multiple Thinkware devices, as each partition can be formatted with a file system that is compatible with a specific device.
