USB-C Port Settings

1. Start the vehicle, connect the dash cam to the THINKWARE DASH CAM LINK app, then go to Settings → System Settings → USB-C → USB Camera. 

   Caution: Some continuous recording videos may be deleted.

   

2. The dash cam will reboot to apply the new settings.

   

3. Plug-in the USB (Micro 5-Pin) into the interior infrared camera, and the USB-C into the dash cam.

4. Select a position around the dash cam that matches the cable length

* Ensure that the interior infrared camera does not obstruct the driver’s view.

* Ensure that the rearview mirror or dash cam does not block the interior infrared camera.

5. Mount the Camera -Make sure the THINKWARE logo on the mount is facing inside the cabin.

   

6. Remove the protective film from the adhesive surface of the mount.

7. Attach the interior infrared cabin camera to the selected installation location and apply firm pressure to secure it to the windshield.

8. Neatly tuck and secure the cable so that it is not visible

9. Remove the protective film from the camera lens.

10. Adjust the camera angle for proper coverage.

    

Verify Installation

11. Connect to the THINKWARE DASH CAM LINK app and play back the recorded footage
12. Check the camera angle and adjust again if necessary.

Review Interior Cabin Camera Recorded files

1. Connect to the Dash Cam using the Dash Cam Link App.

2. Select the File List icon located in the bottom middle ()

3.  Choose the "Interior" folder by clicking the All button at the bottom top part of the screen. This will show you all the folders available.
