[Thinkware Connected] How to Enable Notifications

Strong Impact Notification while Driving

If an impact stronger than 3 G's is detected, you will receive a notification on the Mobile app or the Desktop Fleet Management System. Plus, an emergency message is also sent to your registered contacts.

The 20-second video clip of the accident (10 seconds before and after the impact) is uploaded to the server automatically and can be accessed later as well.

Impact Notifications while Parked

The app will send a notification on your smartphone and/or on the Desktop Fleet Management portal if an impact is detected while the vehicle is parked.
If the user gives consent, a 20-second video of the incident (10 seconds before and after the incident) is saved on the Thinkware CONNECTED server.

Emergency Notifications

In emergency situations, when you are unable to reach the phone, pressing the REC button on the dash cam for more than 3 secs will send an emergency message to your registered contacts.
A 10-second video (5 seconds before and after the incident) will also be uploaded to the server automatically.
