How to Install the Mac Viewer

What is the Mac Viewer?

The PC Viewer is the Thinkware software program for Windows Computer used to review footage, get information such as speed, location, and time, and change your dash cam settings.

We no longer support the Dash Cam Viewer software for PC and Mac computers. The app can still be downloaded and used at your discretion, but unfortunately, we will be unable to troubleshoot or provide updates to this software.

How to Download the Mac Viewer

1. Click here to go to the downloads page.

2. Select your ② dash cam series.

3. Select your ③ dash cam model.

4. Select the ④ PC/Mac Viewer tab.

5. Select ⑤ Download PC/MAC Viewer.

6. Select ⑥ Download PC Viewer under the Apple Symbol.

7. Once the file has been downloaded, double-click the DMG file to mount it to your Mac.

8. Double-click ⑧ Dashcam Viewer to launch the program.

9. Select ⑨ Open.
