How to update the firmware?

1) Download the latest firmware from our website and unzip the file 

(https://thinkwarestore.com/files/snap-g/)

2) Copy and paste the unzipped firmware file onto SNAP-G’s SD Card

3) Make sure that SNAP-G is fully charged or connected to a power source when installing the firmware

4) Power on SNAP-G and follow the instructions on the screen

Which firmware should I update first, the gimbal firmware or the system firmware?

If the system and gimbal firmware are uploaded to the memory card at the same time, the update proceeds in the order of system firmware and then gimbal firmware.

Do I need to update the firmware?

You will want to update to use any new and improved features.
