SNAP-G Battery FAQs

I can't charge the battery.

Check that the battery is installed correctly. Also, make sure to use an adapter that supports 2A or more when charging. Charging may not be possible if you use a cable other than SNAP-G's original cable.

Charging is too slow.

The SNAP G requires approximately 180 minutes of charging time with a 2A adapter. For faster charging, use the dedicated battery charger.

I'm not sure if the battery is charging or not.

When using the charger

Make sure the battery is positioned correctly in the charger. The red light turns on when the battery starts charging, and the green light turns on when charging is complete.

When charging SNAP-G directly

If the green light turns on when the charging cable is connected, it means charging is in progress, and the green light turns off when charging is complete.

What is SNAP-G’s battery life?

The maximum running time of SNAP-G's battery is about 120 minutes at 1080P @30FPS on LCD Off and about 45 minutes at 4K @60FPS. Additionally, even without recording, the usage time varies by resolution, and it may also vary depending on the recording environment, such as the operating temperature and movement of the gimbal.
