Note: THINKWARE mobile apps are designed for smartphones only. Using a tablet, iPad, or in-vehicle head unit may cause performance or connection issues.
The following models do not support mobile app connectivity.

The THINKWARE DASH CAM LINK app is the main app for connecting directly to your dash cam over Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. It lets you adjust dash cam settings, view live video during installation, play back recorded videos, download clips directly to your smartphone, and access support resources.
System Requirements: Android 9.0 or later; iOS 15 or later.
Note: On iOS and Android, recorded-file streaming playback requires firmware 1.01.05 or later on F200, or 1.00.02 or later on FA200. These are playback conditions, not firmware-update support requirements.

THINKWARE CONNECTED app

The THINKWARE CONNECTED app is a cloud-based service that connects your dash cam to your smartphone over the internet (mobile hotspot or a dedicated LTE module). Key features include remote Live View, driving and parking impact notifications, real-time vehicle location tracking, vehicle status monitoring (battery voltage check and remote power off), driving history, geofencing, and emergency SOS messaging.
System Requirements: Android 7.0 or later; iOS 11.4 or later.
Caution: The U3000 and U3000 PRO models connect to THINKWARE CONNECTED differently. The U3000 connects via mobile hotspot Wi-Fi, while the U3000 PRO requires the dedicated LTE module.
Note: To use THINKWARE CONNECTED features on a Wi-Fi/hotspot model, the dash cam must first be set up and connected to an internet source using the THINKWARE DASH CAM LINK app.
While RADAR Parking Mode or Energy Saving Mode is active, the communication chipset is powered off and THINKWARE CONNECTED remote access is unavailable. An impact wakes the dash cam to send a notification. Continuous remote communication is available only in Motion Detection or Time Lapse mode.
THINKWARE DASH CAM LINK Legacy app

THINKWARE DASH CAM LINK Legacy is a separate app for iPhones running iOS 13 or iOS 14. It lets you replay driving videos and manage dash cam settings on compatible models.
Note: On F200, recorded-file streaming requires firmware 1.01.05 or later; on FA200, it requires firmware 1.00.02 or later.
THINKWARE CLOUD app (Legacy)

The THINKWARE CLOUD app is a legacy application for earlier cloud-capable dash cam models. It supports video playback and downloading, setting adjustments, live view, firmware updates, and legacy cloud notification features.
System Requirements: Android 7.0 or later; iOS 8.0 or later.
Caution: The THINKWARE CLOUD app is a legacy application and is no longer supported on newer Android operating system versions.
Note: If you experience repeated sign-in prompts after switching smartphones, turn off your mobile hotspot, connect your phone directly to the dash cam's own Wi-Fi network, and open the app while directly connected.
THINKWARE Dash Cam Viewer app (Legacy)

iVolt Mini does not support Bluetooth and cannot connect to the THINKWARE iVolt app.
