[iOS] WiFi Assist

The Wi-Fi Assist Setting automatically switches to cellular when you have a poor Wi-Fi connection.

How does the Wi-Fi Assist Setting work?

When the Wi-Fi Assist Setting is enabled, whenever the smartphone recognizes a weak Wi-Fi connection, it will automatically use your Cellular Data instead.

This can cause your phone to use more Cellular Data than expected.

Wi-Fi Assist and the Thinkware Wi-Fi Network

Since the Thinkware WiFi Network does not provide access to the internet, like your home Wi-Fi network, the iPhone will categorize this as having "No Internet Connection" or "Weak Security".
