The Thinkware Mobile Apps allow you to playback the videos recorded by the Dash Cam, as well as download and save these videos to your smartphone's camera roll.

When an incident occurs, we recommend downloading the needed video files as quickly as possible to prevent the chance of overwriting.

Troubleshooting

If you are having any issues with exporting or downloading footage from the Thinkware Mobile Apps, please follow the steps outlined below to correct this issue.

"ThinkwareDashCam" Album

Check your Smartphone's Camera Roll for a folder named "ThinkwareDashCam".

If you are unable to find this folder, the dash cam will be unable to export video files.

Redownload the Mobile App and ensure all permissions are enabled.

"Failed to Export"

If encountering the "Failed to Export" message, not all of the permissions for the app have been enabled.

Enable the app's access to your photo library in the permissions section for the Thinkware App in your smartphone settings.
