[Mac] "DashCam Viewer can't be opened"

"Dash Cam Viewer" Cannot be opened

If you are using MacOS Catalina or later, you may encounter this error message when attempting to use the Dash Cam Viewer Software.

We no longer support the Dash Cam Viewer software for PC and Mac computers.

The app can still be downloaded and used at your discretion, but unfortunately, we will be unable to troubleshoot or provide updates to this software.

How to open the Dash Cam Viewer

1. On your Home Screen, click on the Apple Symbol and select System Preferences.

2. Select Security & Privacy.

3. [For users with Mac OS Monterey and older] Select General

    [For users with Mac OS Ventura] Scroll down until you see the Security section

4. Select  "Open Anyway"

5. Select Open

The Mac Viewer will be launched.
